You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of our services. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws
- Distribution of illegal content including but not limited to child exploitation material
- Hosting of pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted material
- Operating illegal gambling services
- Drug trafficking or promoting illegal substances
- Money laundering or financial fraud
- Identity theft or phishing operations
2.2 Network Abuse
- Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
- Port scanning or network probing without authorization
- Unauthorized access attempts to other systems or networks
- Operating open proxies or TOR exit nodes
- IP address spoofing
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
- Running resource-intensive processes that negatively impact other users
2.3 Email and Spam
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Operating mail servers with open relays
- Sending email with forged headers or false information
- Harvesting email addresses from our systems or other users
- Email bombing or mail flooding
- Operating email services that facilitate spam
2.4 Malicious Software
- Distributing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malware
- Hosting command and control (C&C) servers for botnets
- Distributing hacking tools designed for malicious purposes
- Operating phishing sites or scam operations
- Hosting exploit kits or malware distribution platforms
2.5 Offensive Content
- Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
- Content that exploits minors in any way
- Content that violates the privacy rights of others
- Content deemed obscene under applicable law
2.6 Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Hosting pirated software, media, or other copyrighted material
- Operating warez sites or torrent trackers for illegal content
- Circumventing copy protection mechanisms
3. Resource Usage
Users of shared hosting and VPS services must not:
- Use excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth that affects other users
- Run processes that consume disproportionate server resources
- Store excessive amounts of data beyond reasonable use
- Run background processes that persist after logout (unless permitted)
- Use services for purposes beyond their intended scope
We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that excessively use resources.
4. Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- Keeping your software and applications updated
- Implementing appropriate security measures for your services
- Reporting any security incidents to our team immediately
- Not sharing account access with unauthorized parties
5. Cooperation with Authorities
Volt Serv will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with valid legal requests, including:
- Court orders and subpoenas
- Law enforcement investigations
- DMCA takedown notices
- Requests from regulatory authorities
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to:

Please include as much detail as possible, including URLs, IP addresses, timestamps, and any relevant evidence.
7. Enforcement and Consequences
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and request for immediate corrective action
- Temporary suspension of services
- Permanent termination of services without refund
- Removal of offending content
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
- Legal action to recover damages
We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect our network, services, and other users. The severity of our response will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Volt Serv maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities, spam, and network abuse. Accounts involved in such activities will be immediately terminated without refund, and appropriate authorities will be notified.
